Although we focus on eight primary products, there is a lot more growing at Casselmonte! Here’s what you can expect to enjoy throughout the season!

Baby Bok Choy (Pac Choi), Kale, Spinach, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Beets – May through June
Heirloom Tomatoes – Six varieties early June through July
Shiitake Mushrooms – June through October
Blackberries – Late June through July
Blueberries – Late June through July
Raspberries – June through November

Mid-Season – July, August and September

Casselmonte's Ginger is used in Hardywood GBS Casselmonte’s ginger is a featured ingredient in Hardywood Park Craft Brewery’s Gingerbread Stout! In 2012, it received a perfect 100 from Beer Advocate in 2012 plus won a Bronze Medal at the World Beer Cup.
